The Executive Director (ED) provides strategic and operational leadership to advance the mission of Girls Inc. of Bay County.

The membership sales program is a commissioned effort of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce. The Membership Account Executive (MAE) sells new membership investments, as well as retention of those memberships for a two-year period. The MAE may also sell advertising to existing members.
