As a Sr. Supervisor, Direct Sales, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the

Residential Sales Executive team in the Panama City Beach, FL, area. Reporting directly to the Regional

Sales Manager, you will work closely with leadership to ensure the team not only meets but exceeds

sales targets. Your leadership will be crucial in driving growth, operational excellence, and the future of

residential fiber connectivity.

leadership levels.


Duties & Responsibilities:

ï‚· Achieve Excellence: Be accountable for meeting and surpassing your team's sales goals,

balancing leadership responsibilities with individual sales efforts.

ï‚· Lead & Inspire: Supervise, train, and coach the Residential Sales Executives (RSEs), fostering an

environment of continuous improvement, accountability, and team success.

ï‚· Drive Performance: Deliver comprehensive performance reports and metrics to sales

leadership, providing transparency and insight into team performance and progress.

ï‚· Build the Team: Take responsibility for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new sales talent.

Mentor, coach, and develop your team members, ensuring they are set up for long-term

success.

ï‚· Manage Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations, conducting performance reviews

and managing improvement plans to maintain a productive, engaged, and motivated workforce.

ï‚· Collaborate for Success: Work closely with leadership and operations teams to manage territory

assignments, track performance, and ensure accurate and timely commission payments.

ï‚· Be Adaptable: Perform additional duties as requested by market leadership, demonstrating

flexibility and commitment to Clearwave Fiber’s overall success.

The Split: Approximately 60% of your time will be spent in the field, directly engaging with your team to

support and lead by example. The remaining 40% will focus on strategic planning, reporting, and

administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
