For more than 40 years, Leadership Bay has been developing informed, engaged leaders who are making a difference throughout Bay County. This nine-month program provides participants with an in-depth look at our community while fostering meaningful relationships and strengthening leadership skills.

Applications for Leadership Bay Class of 44 are now being accepted.

Application Deadline: Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Late applications will not be accepted.

Tuition Cost

• Chamber Members: $1,250.00
• Non-Chamber Members: $1,550.00

You do not have to be a member of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce to apply.

A non-refundable $10 application fee is required following the submission of your application. Applications will not be considered until the fee has been received.

Application Requirements

• Completed application and Program Commitment Form
• Two personal letters of recommendation from former supervisors, past employers, mentors, or professional associates
• One letter of recommendation from your current supervisor detailing why you are a strong candidate for the program
