Description
Public Eye Soar and Gulf Coast State College will partner Nov. 6–7, 2026, from 6 to 10 p.m. CT for the 13th Annual Public Eye Soar Projection and Light Festival, featuring art projected onto the architecture of GCSC.
Public Eye Soar 2026 will feature nearly two hundred artists from around the world and the local arts community. New installations, interactive displays, and visual surprises are in production. Returning favorites include Sand Art, Ceramics Rave Room, The Yellow Room, the Shadow Dome, and JD’s Fun House. Live music, dance, and interactive experiences will offer activities for all ages. The Veterans Honor Wall will also return to honor veterans during the festival.
Artist submissions arrived throughout August, showcasing a wide range of creative work. Over the past 13 years, hundreds of artists have contributed thousands of works of art, transforming buildings throughout Bay County into an outdoor public art gallery. The free festival celebrates art in its many forms, bringing creative experiences to unexpected places to delight, educate, and inspire the community.
The presenting sponsors for Public Eye Soar 2026 are St. Joe Community Foundation, Gulf Coast State College, Chevron, Destination Panama City, and The Charles A. Whitehead Foundation. Thanks to their support, the festival is free and open to the public.
Public Eye Soar is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Additional sponsors and volunteers are needed, and donations are welcome.
