The Bay County Chamber of Commerce is proud to introduce the 2026 Shop Small Passport, a community-wide shopping experience designed to celebrate Small Business Saturday, support local entrepreneurs, and encourage residents and visitors to explore the businesses that help our community thrive.

Beginning Saturday, November 28, and continuing through December 12, 2026, shoppers are invited to discover local favorites, explore new businesses, and make a meaningful impact by choosing to shop small.

Whether you're a local business looking to connect with new customers or a shopper ready to support your community, there's a place for you in the Shop Small Passport!

Shopping local has never been more rewarding!

Here's how to participate:

  1. Pick Up Your Passport: Visit the Bay County Chamber of Commerce office Nov. 23 - 25 to receive your complimentary Shop Small Passport featuring participating businesses throughout Bay County.
  2. Explore Local Businesses: Use your passport to discover participating shops, restaurants, and other small businesses.
  3. Collect Your Stamps: Visit participating businesses and collect stamps as you shop throughout the campaign.
  4. Complete the Challenge: Collect the required number of stamps and follow the passport's instructions to enter the prize drawing.
  5. Celebrate Shopping Small: Every visit is an opportunity to discover something new while supporting the businesses that invest in our community.

No purchase is necessary to enter the prize drawing. A free alternative method of entry will be available, and official rules will apply.

Passports are free and available while supplies last!

FOR SMALL BUSINESSES: Be Part of the Passport!

Are you a small business in Bay County? We invite you to join this community-wide celebration of local entrepreneurship!

The Shop Small Passport is designed to introduce shoppers to participating businesses, encourage local spending, and create opportunities for meaningful connections with new and returning customers.

Participating businesses receive:

  • A featured listing in the official printed Shop Small Passport.
  • Exposure through the Chamber's holiday marketing campaign.
  • Recognition on the Chamber's website and participating-business directory.
  • Opportunities to attract new customers and increase foot traffic.
  • Participation in a collaborative initiative celebrating Bay County's small business community.

Business Registration Fees

Chamber Members: $25

Nonmembers: $50

Registration Deadline: November 6, 2026

Space is limited, and advance registration is required to be included in the printed passport.

Businesses must agree to the program's participation guidelines and provide the necessary information for inclusion in the passport.

The Chamber invites businesses and community partners to support this initiative through sponsorship opportunities that provide brand visibility while helping promote local entrepreneurship and community engagement.

Sponsorship opportunities include:

  • Presenting Sponsor – $2,500
  • Community Champion Sponsor – $1,000
  • Passport Printing Sponsor – $750
  • Grand Prize Sponsor – $500
  • Shop Local Supporter – $250

Sponsorships help support passport production, promotional efforts, and the overall success of the initiative.
